To increase the performance in traditional and robotic patch-clamping B'SYS GmbH develops suitable screening test systems. Custom driven design of mammalian cell lines stably transfected with desired ion channel drug target are offered.

All cell lines are fully validated with patch-clamp analysis and mycoplasma tested. Certificates are shipped along with biological material.

Various expression systems are available:

  • CHO K-1
  • HEK 293 (T)
  • COS-7
  • Neuroblastoma cells (N1E-115, ND7/23, SK-N-SH)

As GLP test facility B'SYS offers the option to validate cloned cell lines in compliance with GLP principles.
